FHA solutions on MC Analyze

I was tired of not having FHA loans display correctly because of the 1.75% up front MIP.... I tried just showing less money down and then the loan amount worked but not the cash to close..... Then I came up with the solution. Probably a lot of you have as well but I was pretty happy.

I had a similar video up yesterday and I got nice comments from Dave and Jeremy but I figured out how to shoot it better so I had to dump it and put up a better video.
